According to the motto “just stir and heat”, our entry model of the Hei-Standard was manufactured with two rotary knobs to enable direct access to the two main functions. The speed and temperature are set using a scale. The maximum values are 1.400 rpm and 300 °C.
This magnetic stirrer is very easy to use and is equipped with the most important safety features. The heating function can be activated separately.
The patented Kera-Disk® footprint made of anodized aluminum, is chemical-resistant, scratch-proof, and has a diameter of 145 mm. This unique size makes it suitable for use with many accessories and samples on a small footprint. The material used also enables the fastest heating times.

It is possible technically, because as soon as the sensor is connected it regulates the temperature. However, there is no digital display to set the exact temperature, since the device has only analog scaling available.
B joints are standard joint sizes in many countries. B joints are also sometimes referred to as ‘NS’ joints instead, so e.g. B29 (B29/32) is the same as NS 29/32, and B24 (B24/29) is the same as NS 24/29 ...
It cannot be assumed with certainty that the design would still be stable enough. For the majority of applications, an adapted temperature control (10 - 15 °C above boiling point) is perfectly adequate.
The Heat-On addons and bath attachments fit on all Heidolph Hei-PLATE magnetic stirrers with heating function.
All Heat-On addons have a fixing edge, which means that they are accurately centered on plates and can no longer slip.
